• ROW stands for Rathenow Optical Works which
  
  were in Germany. Later they became absorbed
  
  into the huge Zeiss company but this is a com-
  
  bination frame of theirs from the 1960's. The
  
  chassis is made from rolled gold and the top
  
  rims and temples from plastic. This is a small,
  
  delicate frame only graded down due to a tiny
  
  chip in the plastic at the end of the left
  
  earpiece (pictured).
