• Big, bold shape for men, sitting high with the
  
  arms coming out from the frame at mid-point,
  
  inset lenses and deep filled bridge. Five barrel
  
  hinges pinned through on the sides but buried
  
  into the front, this pair dates from the very
  
  early 1970's. Mid-tone lenses (46% transmission)
  
  allow us to see your eyes, as was the fashion.
  
  Can we refer you to that great British spec-wearing
  
  icon, Michael Caine, in Pulp (1972) where he sports
  
  something very similar (of course with tinted
  
  prescription lenses).
