• We're not sure which came first, this pair
  
  or Alpina's early 80's M1 - they are both
  
  so similar - with the metal trim drilled and
  
  screwed on to the face. This pair by
  
  Luxottica has no less than 19 screws
  
  attaching a brass trim along the brow
  
  and a chromed trim around the bridge. A
  
  classic 80's style by a major player in
  
  the optical world, probably one of the
  
  biggest high-end eyewear manufacturers
  
  still going today.
