• Cébé have a venerable reputation in the ski
  
  world and have been making sunglasses since
  
  1892, however the company was bought out
  
  by Italian company Marcolin in 1999. This pair
  
  however made by the original company,
  
  probably late 80's or a little later. It is very
  
  light, making us think that perhaps it is a
  
  nylon frame - but it is not marked as such.
  
  CEBE 1000 probably refers to the style of
  
  lens, ie, a double gradient acrylic lens - good
  
  for skiing. Lenses would have scored a 7 if it
  
  were not for areas where the temple tips have
  
  rubbed, out of vision.
