In the early 1980's Americans rediscovered the
popular 1950's Ray-Ban Wayfarer and before
long, they were everywhere. B&L weren't slow
to capitalise on their success and in 1984 brought
out variations like this one and later, the Wayfarer II.
Harder to find these days than the black or tortoise
pairs that sold in their zillions, these are now quite
collectible - this pair even rarer being never worn
