• An exquisite French frame worthy of
  
  their best manufacturers of the 1960's,
  
  although we don't recognise the maker's
  
  mark. The sides are carved back at their
  
  extreme points to reveal the iridescence
  
  of the layers, through to a silvery blue -
  
  funnily enough, similar to the striking colours
  
  of a tropical fish....and VORPE, we understand
  
  is the Italian word for a family of fish with
  
  remarkable fins - have a look - they resemble
  
  the sides of our frame. NB: frame marked
  
  down due to very slight play at hinges due
  
  to age - not a problem.
