• Friulana is the north-eastern most
  
  province in Italy and was a region known
  
  for the manufacture of eyewear. Perhaps
  
  the best known of these companies through-
  
  out the 1970's was Oxsol, who we believe
  
  made this pair. We've had other pairs with
  
  the same mark and they've all been cutting
  
  edge designs. In 1987 Oxsol, like many
  
  other brands since, was bought by Safilo.
  
  This pair is stunning with a lens colour
  
  that is not made in glass anymore.
