• Sadly, Yves Saint Laurent died in June this
  
  year after a career spanning over 50 years. He
  
  designed for Dior from the age of 17 before
  
  opening his own House in 1962 at the age of 26.
  
  He was very much hands on and probably had a
  
  hand designing this pair as he didn't retire until
  
  2002. This pair a little later than the one above,
  
  look to be mid-80's. The brows are accentuated
  
  by a line of gold, matching the bridge and the
  
  arms that are attached using gold metal rods.
  
  Slightly raised YSL logos are inserted into
  
  the ends of each temple.
