Michael from Chicago had been searching for some early 60's dark shades similar to what Dylan used to wear. He looked on our frames page and chose this black woodgrain frame which we fitted for him with his choice of dark sunglasses lenses. Frame by Eyewear Originals (ITALY).

Is that Audrey Hepburn c1970? No, it's J'aime from Westport, Connecticut who was looking for some white vintage sunglasses and snapped up this gorgeous early 70's Pucci-inspired square frame. White plastic frame with shaped sides and arms, original graduated brown glass lenses. (May, 2004)

Thomas from Grand Blanc, Michigan loved his first pair of B&L Ray-Ban PS2 so much that he bought a second. Wise move we think as these Bausch & Lomb lenses are getting rarer all the time. Matte and polished black plastic frame marked BAUSCH & LOMB PS2, original Bausch & Lomb G15 glass lenses, etched BL.

Oliver from London went for some hard vintage B&L Ray-Ban Caravan which we dated as 1970's as they were made prior to B&L etching their lenses. Gold metal frame stamped B&L RAY-BAN USA, original Bausch & Lomb G15 glass lenses.

Jim from Dillon, Colorado is testing the full capabilites of B&L's Ambermatic lenses under the bright, mountain-country sun. The lenses are in a 1970's Ray-Ban Timberline which he was searching for and luckily, we were able to oblige. (March, 2004)

Lee Alverson from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, bought this unusual white 70's pair marked MADE IN FRANCE, fitted with photochromic lenses. He uses them in his Elton John impersonation act, for which he is rated No.1 in the world! Rocket Man!!

Peter from Dayton, Ohio, bought an outrageous pair of 60's Mod Foster Grants and very kindly lent them to Patty when they recently attended the F1 in nearby Indianapolis. Although Peter is looking cool in his Persols, we think Patty stole the day.

Mary from Fresno, California, adores designer Ted Lapidus sunglasses - this 1980's pair has the model number TL 17 01 and carries the gold logo on the arms. Original graduated acrylic lenses. (June, 2003)

Alice from Kent loves her 80's B&L Ray-Ban Wayfarer in the rare 46mm lens kids size. Like her Dad's (Capt. Sam, see below) they're a tort plastic frame with the original B&L G15 glass lenses. (May, 2003)
